The stiffness technique which could
be applied at the end of a manufacturing process allows
us to machine the aluminium in its soft form and stiffen
it at the very end of the process. This process makes
the aluminium a stiffer metal than steel and stainless,
which are typically stronger.
This is important because the stiffer the material
is, the thinner and finer the finished product is. Also
when it comes to moving objects such as front door,
we add to the stiffness the weight factor. The lighter
the material and stiffer the bigger you can make the
door, and people will still be able to push it.
