Film of various metals

We offer a technique in which we are creating a 50 micron film of various metals on mild steel. For instance, by applying real copper on a hollow square steel section we provide an option of having various sections which are not available off the shelf as a copper section.

We also create the possibility of welding this type of section to other steel parts without the copper effects. (we will present a process by appointment).

The copper could also be applied into aluminium.

Stiffened aluminium

The stiffness technique which could be applied at the end of a manufacturing process allows us to machine the aluminium in its soft form and stiffen it at the very end of the process. This process makes the aluminium a stiffer metal than steel and stainless, which are typically stronger.

This is important because the stiffer the material is, the thinner and finer the finished product is. Also when it comes to moving objects such as front door, we add to the stiffness the weight factor. The lighter the material and stiffer the bigger you can make the door, and people will still be able to push it.

Custom made section shapes

We offer different shapes for sections which are not available off the shelf such as the shape to the left. Customers can have a unique form that will give it's own identity to their product.
